We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Data Analyst to be responsible for optimizing high-volume marketing campaigns and running data-driven experiments to test hypotheses that have big potential impacts on KPIs. This role is ideal for aspiring Data Scientists.

What you’ll be doing here:

• Launching, monitoring and optimizing high-volume marketing campaigns across channels that may include: Email, Push, Search Engine Marketing, Display and/or Social Media
• Using quantitative methods and tools including A/B testing, multivariate analysis (MVA), and optimization techniques to analyze and optimize campaign performance and member lifetime value
• Using data to dig beyond surface-level trends and uncover and size new opportunities
• Constantly hypothesizing and experimenting with changes to web sites and marketing programs to increase business impact
• Developing dashboards that enable marketing analysts to make better, faster decisions on campaign optimization
• Applying the scientific method to the development, execution and analysis of AB tests and MVA experiments related to communications cadence, bid/budget optimization, recommender systems and more
• Once you’ve learned the business, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from our Data Science team on model fitting, predictive analytics and machine learning

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or similar required; Masters degree a plus
• 2-3+ years of work experience in marketing analytics, business operations analytics, statistics or similar
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel and the ability to work with large datasets
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Python and/or R a plus
• Proficiency in designing efficient ETL workflows a plus
