Job Summary

Position summary

The Sr Manager – GTS Analytics, Metrics & Reporting will bring value to GTS in two key areas. First, they will effectively oversee vertical specific expense programs and forecasting.  Second, GTS services many customers in Nuance.  This position will be instrumental in creating a program which shares current GTS status with our customers.   To do this, they identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high-level quantitative skills. This position oversees programs that require strong understanding of strategic operations analysis, performance trends identification, financial review and other analyses and interpreting data. Individuals in this position work with a variety of people across GTS and the company to perform their job; and therefore, successful candidates have strong knowledge of the business and technical operations as well as strong skills in communication.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages, coaches, leads, and develops a staff
  • Maintains vertical expense management categories. This will include programs that support accurate allocation of costs, forecasting and business show back
  • Develops, deploys, and maintains a 3rd party vendor management program
  • Develops, deploys, and maintains creation of and Maintenance of GTS Dashboard – This will highlight current service metrics for our partner organizations
  • Develops, deploys, and maintains Quarterly & Monthly Metrics – Publish & Analyze metrics that support all GTS teams and support executive level summaries of
  • IT metrics, with areas of focus for upcoming quarters

 

Knowledge, skills and qualifications 

Education: Bachelor's Degree

 

Minimum years of work experience: 12+

 

Required skills:

  • Proven experience working within a Business Operations function
  • Strong data management and analysis skills. Attention to detail is a must
  • Highly professional with proven reliability regarding daily attendance and work performance
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy IT environment
  • Self-starter with integrity, high energy, and solid business judgment to meet the needs of a demanding business and IT environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of PowerBi, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Skills include strong business acumen and strategic thinking to complement strong tactical execution skills
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting concepts and process (plan, forecast, actuals)
