Senior Data Science Engineer
We are hiring a Senior Data Science Engineer to help analyze our experiments, models, and data sets. As part of the data research team, you will work at the intersection of experimentation, data infrastructure, and engineering. Your data analysis will be crucial contributions to our research goals and shape the direction of the company as a whole.
Strongly Preferred Skills & Background:
- MS in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in machine learning and/or data science
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
- Ability to iterate and deliver on new ideas quickly
- Eager to test new technologies and learn new skills
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience working with broad datasets in variable format
- Comfortable operating and developing in a Linux environment
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative
Also Helpful:
- Experience with human annotator data
- Understanding of deep neural networks
- Experience with neuroscience, cognitive science, or other brain sciences
- Previous work in a team on large-scale Python projects
