As a Senior Data Analyst on the 6RS Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to work with the immense amount of data collected by our Chuck robots and end-to-end 6RS warehouse automation system. We are looking for independent, inquisitive and creative people who can use Analytics to derive value from this data and provide insights into the behavior of the robots.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with engineering and other business leaders to influence performance and program decisions with data
• Creatively utilize large, unstructured data sets to analyze complex and ambiguous problems and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Experiment with data visualization, models, simulations, and even live warehouses to help identify improvement opportunities
• Build actionable KPIs, production-quality dashboards, informative deep dives, and scalable data products
• Influence Engineering leadership to drive more data-informed decisions
• Cross collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, not including internships
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools
• Understanding of SQL techniques
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
