We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Applications team. The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for supporting almost every business function at Bevi by implementing and maintaining a sophisticated and integrated ecosystem of software and technology solutions. We help to identify previously unrealized efficiencies, and unlock new capabilities and elevate data to all in support of our desire to deliver the best possible experience to all of our customers.

We expect our Business Analysts to be multifaceted and will be responsible for business analysis, project/program management, application ownership, and supporting cross functional business process development. You will work closely with all departments at Bevi to support projects in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Support, Field Service, Finance, eCommerce, Product Development, and Data Management, among others. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems with a hands-on approach in both individual and team-oriented working environments.

What you will do:

  • Help design, implement, and support enterprise technology initiatives across all business units
  • Liaise between business teams and Enterprise Applications team to support business process and systems improvements that deliver best-of-breed experiences to our customers
  • Lead project teams in capturing and documenting requirements, user stories, solution design and business process flows; facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver system trainings
  • Lead cross functional projects to develop integrations and enhance Master Data Management between NetSuite and other core business applications
  • Support new systems implementation in the areas of Warehouse Management, Field Service, Customer Billing, and eCommerce
  • Provide support to business users for systems issues; root cause common issues and propose and implement solutions, as necessary
  • Establish and maintain standards and tools for requirements gathering and end user documentation to facilitate future systems development and implementation projects and initiatives
  • Develop procedures to ensure data integrity across all integrated systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Contribute to the design of reports, dashboards, and supporting data models of core systems in business intelligence tool (Looker)
  • Assist in the assessment of new technologies and establishment of evaluation and vendor selection criteria
  • Participate in the planning of integration projects with internal stakeholders and external partners; propose solutions to conflicts between business user needs, system capabilities, and data integration tools

Requirements

We think you will bring:

  • A degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant, hands-on experience with enterprise technologies
  • 2+ years working with NetSuite in an administrative or development capacity
  • Experience with Project Management and standard Software Development Life Cycle practices
  • Strong understanding of SQL, relational data structures, reporting schemas, data transformations
  • A high-level of emotional intelligence, and an ability to work with and influence a diverse set of internal stakeholders within fast moving start-up culture
  • Strong analytical and organization skills including ability to document and analyze business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and deadline oriented business environment
  • Must be able to see the “big picture” of business needs and how they relate to database structure
  • Must be able to work independently and solicit a wide variety of input as a team player
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Looker and/or Snowflake a plus
