Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Kyruus Analytics team builds actionable insights that drive our customer’s patient access journeys and Kyruus’ business decisions. Our team is in the unique position of building both front end analytics that are used every day by Kyruus’ customers, and working with internal business stakeholders to help move our business forward. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will work on a variety of projects: building customer facing dashboards and reports in our ProviderMatch Analytics product; supporting our Customer Success Teams by instrumenting customer usage and results performance as part of the evolution and delivery of value; and, working on challenging ad hoc projects that help support all manner of Kyruus business activities. You’ll work cross functionally by connecting the dots between our products, our business initiatives, and our customers. You’ll work on painting the big picture with data that demonstrates the value Kyruus drives to its customers.

In this role you will:

  • Develop requirements that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product features and business problems Kyruus solves to create designs used to build analytical tools and reporting.
  • Design front end reporting and dashboards - work cross functionally with the Kyruus team and customers to validate and iterate designs.
  • Build reporting and dashboards using third party BI tools.
  • Perform QA of data sets, reporting, and analyses.
  • Participate in deployment processes for ProviderMatch Analytics.
  • Collaborate cross functionally across Kyruus teams.
  • Create and deliver ad hoc analysis to multiple levels of stakeholders, including senior executive leadership.
  • Communicate to a wide variety of audiences and provide interpretation of analyses along with clearly-stated information, representing both the team and leadership.
  • Train Kyruus team members and customers on PM Analytics, document analytics functions and help Kyruus team members support the Analytics product.

In return you will bring:

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools, SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Expertise in creating visualizations and dashboards that surface business insights.
  • Experience manipulating and curating data from a variety of systems.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders while effectively managing scope in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborate across business functions and advise on business intelligence and analytics opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with an aptitude for responding dynamically to questions and comments from leadership
  • Enjoy synthesizing information to see the big picture while effectively managing detail.
  • Ability to juggle several complex long-term projects while handling ad-hoc requests.
  • Experience with Google Analytics a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
