Senior Analyst, Product & Operations at EverQuote
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving forward the product, performance, and operations of EverQuote’s most critical high priority projects. This person will leverage the wealth of data the business generates to identify opportunities, develop real-time reporting, improve product experiences, and identify and fill gaps in operational metrics and analytical frameworks
What You’ll Be Doing:
Depending on the day this individual could be breaking down the consumer journey to find ways to streamline a shopper’s experiences, analyzing the behaviors/actions of our pre-sales team in the Philippines to improve their daily work, analyzing the efficacy of various customer outreach campaigns, or determining product improvements to help our B2B partners better advise our customers. The Senior Analyst will serve as a liaison with Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales and other analyst teams throughout EverQuote.

A successful candidate will have experience scoping and delivering cross-functional projects, has analytical superpowers, and has positively impacted how tech-enabled, people-centric businesses operate daily.
- Experience of owning B2B or B2C customer initiatives, with proven track record of success
- Experience engaging with product and engineering teams
- A/B testing experience
- Previous experience of using large data sets and statistical models to drive business impact
- High proficiency with Excel & SQL
- Experience in Python or R nice to have
- 4+ years experience in analytics or a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
