Do you want to use your analytical expertise to disrupt the insurance industry? 

We're looking for a Lead Analyst to be responsible for owning bidding & routing analytics for L&H direct to consumer agency (Eversurance).

This role will heavily interact with and influence sales, product, traffic, and engineering teams to lead and support the ongoing mission of building the best-in-class sales agency in L&H insurance industry.

In this role, you will:

Analyze sales funnel and agent performance
Explore various data sources to identify call routing optimization opportunities
Examine traffic bidding to call & lead routing to advisors based on consumer attributes
Identify call routing optimization opportunities and implement solutions to leverage the opportunities
Analyze the impact of sales/engineering changes and sharing resulting recommendations with leadership
Design and test effectiveness of workforce management
Quantify the value of agent/automated activities

We’re excited about you if you have: 

5-7+ years of proven analytical experience and ability to work with large data sets
Proven track record of identifying and hypothesis testing potential high growth levers to drive revenue and other key business results
Proficient in quantitative analysis; you can deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues, draw actionable conclusions, and implement scalable solutions
Extensive experience with analytical tools (such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau); Python/R knowledge a plus
Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem solving abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
You thrive in a fluid and dynamic fast-paced environment, and embrace ambiguity
Strong business consulting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
You have a meticulous attention to detail and have delivered results while juggling multiple projects
