Tripadvisor is seeking a passionate Senior Analyst, CRM Analytics to enable the data- driven growth of the Core Experience (CoreX) membership team. Success in this role means you have strong analytic capability and believe that data analysis is the best way to make intelligent decisions to drive more value to the business as well to the customers. You believe that Analytics guides a business’s growth roadmap and is much more than just “running the numbers” or supplying reports to teams.

What You'll Do:

• You’ll live in the data! You’ll uncover opportunities to drive growth in CRM and revenue through regular analysis of performance metrics
• You will fully own data quality by making sure nothing gets lost in translation. You'll own and evangelize dashboards to communicate our impact at the strategic and tactical level
• You'll use deep analysis of completed A/B tests to asses impact across a range of metrics, and recommend the best course of action.
• You will drive change through development of new data sources or ETL processes, improving efficiencies through automation, or championing new tools
• You'll maintain a working knowledge of data mining and visualization best practices
• You will combine creative use of insight and data with attention to detail, while balancing these details with the larger business objectives
• You bring your experience in applying customer journey framework to help our teams think from customer lenses to develop and optimize moments of their journey via multi-channel marketing campaigns

What We Seek: 

• 3+ years of Marketing and/or Product Analytics experience
• Excellent problem-solver & strong analytical skills
• Advanced experience with Tableau (or similar Business Intelligence tools)
• Expertise in SQL, Amazon Redshift PostgreSQL, and working with databases. Experience in Snowflake strongly preferred 
• You have relentlessly high standards, and are never satisfied with the status quo
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, and deliver clear, concise insight
• You're adaptable and confident with learning new tools and technologies
• You'll strive to ensure the Analytics team is proactive and adding value
