As a Sales Operations Analyst, the candidate will support the Client Organization (Sales and Account Management) with operational activities associated with the acquisition, onboarding and support of our client base. To succeed you need to be a strong problem solver who provides exceptional customer service to your stakeholders.
The Sales Operations Analyst will work in a team environment under the leadership of the Sales Operations & Contracting Manager.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to the Sales Executives and Account Managers in assigned territory/territories
  • Assist with a variety of activities relating to the daily functions of Sales Ops to begin to understand how the business as a whole operates
  • Complete all work within the specified turnaround times
  • Manage all outstanding proposals & contracts to ensure accuracy of pricing and compliance with all business processes (including audit guidelines)
  • Continually monitor accuracy of the data in Salesforce.com, as well as, manage your day-to-day activities through daily, weekly and monthly report reviews. Execute the report reviews with limited involvement from your Manager.
  • Effectively communicate the status of activities to your stakeholders
  • Become an expert and trusted advisor for your internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain the documentation around all activities performed by the Sales Operations Team
  • Execute assigned daily, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Commitment to achieving mastery in the role
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager, Sales Operations and Contracting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer support and/or operational role
  • Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and relationship building abilities with both internal stakeholders, as well as, external clients
  • Proven and effective communication skills
  • Maniacal attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capability and flexibility to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system preferred
