In this position, you will have direct interaction with the management team and help refine our provisioning best practices. You will work alongside our team of Provisioning Network Engineers as well as our Provisioning Project Managers as a trio of experts who will deliver the best service possible to clients and customers to ensure a smooth transition into the world of using Fuze’s products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Execute on defined provisioning processes, checklists, and quality assurance mechanisms
  • Provide status reporting to project manager around account activity and reporting issues
  • Focused data entry from customer cutsheets into the Fuze portal
  • Ensure the functional tasks in the provisioning process are handled quickly and efficiently (cut sheets, shipping, programming etc.)
  • Manage wholesale circuit delivery orders Administrative duties will be required to ensure accurate tracking related to shipping and receiving requests
  • Manage a large number of concurrent provisioning projects
  • Provide status reporting to project manager around account activity and issues
  • Perform end user training either in person or via webinar Unpacking boxes, racking phones (physical dexterity important component as an essential part of this role)

Qualifications:

  • Technical Degree or Associates Degree Required, 4-year college or university degree preferred 2-5 years of experience with PBX and contact center features and functionality (e.g. extensions, voicemail, AA, IVR, Agents, Queues, Analytics, Mobile) is a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience with telecommunications industry preferred (e.g. DIDs, Number Portability, TDM circuits, Data access DSL/Cable/T1/Metro Ethernet) Some knowledge of and experience with data networking (e.g. Routers, Switches, Firewalls / Cisco, Adtran, Juniper) desired but not essential
  • Should be comfortable participating in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must exhibit excellent communication skills as interfacing directly with the customer and partner are essential via phone, email and in person meetings
  • Documentation skills for internal sites, including creating write-ups and documenting processes and occasionally instructional guides
  • Able to demonstrate analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains (applications, network, system, hardware)
  • Candidate should have a great desire to learn and always be comfortable asking questions
  • Demonstrate physical dexterity with the ability to lift up to 50lbs in this position due to shipping and receiving requirements laid out in the job responsibilities
  • Proficiency with MS office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio are essential
