Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst
Klaviyo is looking for a Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst who will report to the Director, Agency Partnerships and will support a range of activities from strategic planning and market assessments to operational processes. In this role, you will lead and support projects to evaluate and build on Klaviyo’s Agency Partner program.
This position will provide the opportunity to work with and assess critical internal-facing partner programs and processes as well as external-facing go-to-market initiatives (eg, evaluating new geos to expand our partner presence in, evaluating the overall addressable market of potential partners, etc).
Every day will be different and no task is too big or too small. Success will come from a focused and deliberate approach to the multiple projects you will be working on--guided by the team’s overall goals and objectives.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Become fluent in existing Agency partner program data architecture and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards and monthly reporting to measure Agency program and performance, as well as own problem solving on data integrity and gaps as our business evolves.
- Work with the Director of Agency Partnerships, VP of Global Partnerships, and others to strategize ways to increase partner program performance, collaboration, efficiencies and anticipate challenges based on data and insights.
- Perform deep dives into program performance to proactively identify opportunity areas or understand growth challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for partner systems and process improvements; manage implementation programs.
- Assess go-to-market opportunities with partners by gaining an understanding of our addressable market of partners.
- Collaborate with a talented team of problem solvers across the Partner, Sales, Ops, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams to design and execute strategic initiatives related to the Agency program and other partnership opportunities.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in consulting, operations or similar business analyst role.
- Understands how a SaaS sales organization operates and scales OR understands partner ecosystems and channel strategy.
- Ability to clean and link complicated data sets from various sources and translate raw, unorganized data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a cross-functional setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business.
- Driven to define the right key metrics and analyses to produce actionable insights.
- Possesses a tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- Pays remarkable attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated mastery in Excel, Google Apps, and business intelligence tools like domo, tableau, etc.
- Has an insatiable curiosity to understand the inner workings of your business and most importantly the ‘Why?’ behind it
