Reporting to the Director of Notary Experience & Engagement, we're looking for a collaborative, energetic and results-driven analyst, with experience in supporting a wide variety of operations & consumer related responsibilities. This is a new and impactful role dedicated to building and supporting the data infrastructure of our Notary Operations organization. You’ll be the investigator that helps us find the stories within the information and turn it into meaningful actions and progress. 

What you’ll do as an Operations Data Analyst at Notarize:

• Create reports & dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Work with Operations leaders to identify & build data insights to hold a reliable pulse on defined KPI’s for each pillar offering.
• Define new collection techniques & support data integrity initiatives. 
• Use graphs, infographics & other creative methods to visualize data effectively.
• Collaborate, acquire & organize data from primary & secondary sources to maintain effective data infrastructure & systems supporting Notary Operations.
• Tackle assigned data insight projects & tasks in partnership with the Operations team for data focused communications, review meetings or presentations. 
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings. 
• Transform complex information and data sets into an easy to follow output that enables teams & readers to be empowered to take action quickly.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 Years of Data & BI Analyst experience in a fast paced/SaaS focused environment. Ideally exposure to both B2B & B2C business models & operating KPI’s.
• Exceptional analytical & problem solving skills
• Timely turn-around skills with methodical approach to execution
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences & key stakeholders. 
• An innovative & driven individual who takes initiative & surfaces new ideas to ensure data infrastructure is forward thinking & reliable. 
• Experience writing SQL. Familiarity with Metabase & Salesforce a plus.
