The Operations Analyst is a newly created position at Zaius, reporting to Revenue Operations Manager. Our goal is to increase operational efficiency and accelerate growth by strengthening the connective tissue between our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. We are looking for an intellectual curious self-starter who is passionate about unifying people, processes, and data. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize marketing tech stack integrations for accuracy and scalability
- Design and manage Lead Scoring, Lead Management and Campaign Management (within Salesforce)
- Manage attribution reporting and proactively delivering critical insights about under-performing or over-performing channels and campaigns
- Design, document, deploy and continuously improve upon customer lifecycle-related operational processes
- Participate in regular cadence of operational exercises, such as commission administration, quota setting, capacity planning, renewals and upsells, contract management, planning/forecasting and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across all levels of management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
- Keep up-to-date on industry and market trends
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an Operations role with a Marketing focus
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot), Chatbots (Drift) and Google Analytics
- Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets knowledge--comfortable working with large data sets, pivot tables, and v-lookups
- Strong ability to report on and interpret marketing/demand generation concepts
- Familiarity with the principles of a SaaS business model and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment preferred but not required
