The Role

Iora Health is seeking a Manager of Location Analytics and Real Estate to help drive its national new practice development efforts. Iora Health is rapidly expanding its practice footprint in numerous markets across the U.S., and this person will be focused on identifying the locations and securing the real estate that will enable Iora to achieve its aggressive growth targets.

Specific Responsibilities

The position requires an individual excited to apply energy across a diverse set of projects and initiatives, including a combination of the following:

  • Cultivating sophisticated geospatial analytics tools and databases
  • Creating a robust predictive site location model
  • Partnering with local teams to develop long-term market growth plans
  • Assessing numerous markets and sub-markets across the U.S. for growth potential
  • Conducting real estate tours
  • Driving lease negotiations
  • Managing the existing lease portfolio

This position will be based in Boston, MA and will require travel.

Additional Responsibilities

The Manager will be an integral part of the Real Estate and Facility Operations team, collaborating on additional projects, including:

  • Construction project management
  • New practice launch / facility readiness
  • Facility prototyping, design, and program improvement
  • Existing location maintenance and updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience in geographic analytics, real estate and/or new store planning
  • Familiarity with health care a plus (ideally in outpatient setting)
