This role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will lead the development and management of our full funnel reporting, including a hyper focus on campaign performance and prospect journey. Leveraging attribution technology, this role will collaborate globally and cross-functionally with marketing, sales and the practices to understand the impact of marketing efforts at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
You will support the entire Marketing organization by collaborating on an innovative vision for extending our analytical capabilities to provide deep insight into Marketing’s impact on revenue, optimize the marketing mix and overall spend, identify new opportunities, and enhance campaign-level decision-making insights and predictive models used to ensure we’re making decisions based on data driven insights in a timely fashion.
You will also help to develop and execute multi-level, fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models, partnering with Sales Operations, and Marketing leaders to support the organization with insights used to increase transparency, optimize spend, and improve results. You will be responsible for creating dynamic, integrated dashboards and reports that allow end-to-end marketing and sales funnel management.
This role is both strategic and highly tactical, requiring a flexible and adaptive approach. 2+ years of experience in a SaaS marketing / marketing analytics function required.
Proficiency in Attribution Technology, ideally Bizible
Proficiency in Salesforce.com
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven statistical analysis and modeling experience.
Ability to tell a succinct, actionable, story through data, communicating complex data concepts in ways that marketing leaders and other functions will understand.
Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are on track at all times.
Experience in working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to quickly understand business objectives as well as meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree required
