Global Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst
HubSpot is looking for a Global Partner Strategy and Operations Analyst who will work directly with global leaders across the business to define and implement the partner program strategy. You will report directly to the Global Partner Strategy & Operations Manager and will define strategic choices, plans, and programs to accelerate revenue growth, improve partner's abilities to sell and provide services to customers, and improve sales and services reps effectiveness. The focus of this work will be designing and executing strategic and cross-functional partner initiatives as well as providing operational and analytical support for the Global Partner Program.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep analyses and handle all reporting for the partner program to support strategic initiatives
- Work with global leadership to solve challenging cross-functional needs facing HubSpot’s Partner Program
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Recruiting, Sales and Services to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals
- Understand industry best practices of partner programs
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and services leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate growth and improve front-line employee effectiveness
- Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change
- Perform deep analysis on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators
- Package and present recommendations to executive and global management through a balance of quantitative analysis and qualitative outside-in perspectives
Candidates should have:
- 2-5 years of professional experience with a proven track record of success, industry experience in sales, customer operations or management consulting preferred
- Strong business consulting, analytical skills, organizational, and project management skills
- The ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
- The ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Required skills and education:
- Expert level SQL, Looker and Excel
- Facility with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
- B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus)
