Title: Data Integration Associate

Job Description:

We are actively hiring a full-time Data Integration Associate to join our team to create something meaningful that will greatly impact people’s lives. PatientPing receives data files from our customers which facilitate the coordination of care management. These files require detailed analytics and troubleshooting as they are loaded in the database, which would include problem solving through queries and database changes. This role will primarily be responsible for managing several data files at once, managing each data files life-cycle through it’s initial validation and database loading and communicating that progress to stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the Integrations Manager to ensure on-boarding data files meet target deadlines through task resolution in a timely and organized manner

• Maintain updates of the data validation process, working closely with data sources as needed to resolve issues

• Design ad hoc SQL scripts to correct data management issues

• Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure all of our customer needs are met

• Work with data sources to resolve customer issues and maintain high quality interfaces

• Manage customer inquiries related to integrations

• Execute analysis on large data sets utilizing SQL queries

• Perform integration testing and regression testing, troubleshooting any issues that surface and clearly communicating identified issues to stakeholders

What You Need:

• Proficiency in SQL

• Ability to troubleshoot through large data sets and communicate solutions

• Working through large text files and Excel files

• Ability to self-start project tasks and communicate progress clearly

• Ability to understand client perspectives, as well as work effectively with client-facing organizations

• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects

• Experience organizing and delivering on several lines of work with clear communication
