Competitive Research Consultant ?Sales Intelligence
The Competitive Research Consultant ?(Sales Intelligence) position reports to the Head of Industry Intelligence at MassMutual.
The Sales Intelligence Consultant will support the Retail Portfolio by building a toolkit to support wholesalers across all distribution channels. ?This person will proactively address issues associated with competitors and markets (both existing and future), that may affect MassMutual?s sales objectives.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to:
- Develop Battlecards and other intelligence tools to favorably position the MassMutual Retail Portfolio in the marketplace ??
- Track emerging market trends/leading indicators by establishing internal and external listening posts
- Maintain an internal working group to continuously improve the sales intelligence toolkit (co-manufacture)
- Work with Marketing to redesign this internal intelligence for Field Use
- Deploy intelligence tool and analyses including training and metrics

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Life Insurance
- Mastery knowledge of individual life insurance and disability products
- Ability to partner with key constituents to support tactical efforts
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficieny with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
