Bullhorn is looking for a Business Technology Analyst to join our Information Systems team. 

Why this job is important:

- Improve the efficiency and capabilities of Bullhorn employees

- Improve on workflows, and software usage to increase productivity

- Solution and Design key requests to optimize the most use

A typical day might include:

- Communicating with stakeholders to understand their requirements

- Asking all necessary questions

- Develop and analyze functional specifications

- Coordinating between developers, Engineers,SMEs or stakeholders to create a solution document 

- Providing advice and technical training or assistance as needed

- Keeping ahead of tech trends and developments

- Auditing existing systems to ensure working as designed

- Documenting existing technical structures & understand change impacts to each

- Collaborating with BA team members to identify and fix high priority issues.
