As Rapid7 embarks on 2021, there are a host of initiatives in planning that will affect its Go To Customer organization. The initiatives can vary from major transformations designed to shift the business for its next evolution, to tactical programs that are intended to provide near-term business agility. As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines of this exciting work as the team creates and enables this change.
The Business Architecture Team supports these initiatives by:
Building a business architecture: Create and maintain the business architecture knowledge base and connecting it to domains outside of business architecture (e.g. customer journeys, system applications).
Translating strategy to business capabilities: Evaluate a variety of business scenarios to assess areas for improvement and changes necessary to carry out strategy or reshape the business.
Managing the practice: Formalize and maintain a governance structure by creating and maintaining a set of tools, templates, training.
Commercialization Readiness: Prepare the business to execute change through training support and coordination, content creation, and communications as a subject matter expert.
Change at any level requires a degree of impact analysis, planning, communication, and complex collaboration across the organization. With the degree of change we expect to manage, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst who has the ability to:

Business Analysis:
Ability to lead business design activities independently, and execute key deliverables from start to finish
Develop deep working knowledge of Go-To-Customer and Go-To-Customer adjacent processes, and their impact on customer experiences
Identify and profile impacted and influencer stakeholder groups, and determine what level of involvement and communication is required and at what level
Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify policy and process impacts, in order to document change readiness and facilitate planning activities
Support the wider business to ensure that the potential impact on structures, roles, responsibilities and competencies within functional areas are identified and aligned with the future model of operation
Ability to baseline processes, and continuously measure the impact of change initiatives within the business
Governance & Documentation:
Continuously review, document, and communicate any changes to internal policy, processes and workflows
Create and maintain standardized templates and tools for process documentation
Support an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and process control is in place across programs
Commercialization Readiness:
Seek and collaborate on creative and effective approaches for the delivery of change management to affected user groups
Content Management: Identification, prioritization, creation, & coordination.
Lead communications via webinars, written communications and team presentations to affected stakeholder groups
Partner with management stakeholders for alignment and enforcement
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly, concisely and confidently at all organizational levels and impacted stakeholders
Qualifications
2-3+ years of Business Analysis experience
Proven ability to deliver business analysis documentation with strong attention to detail
Top-notch requirements gathering, business process design, process mapping, and process modelling skills
Agile Methodology experience
Collaborative, inquisitive mindset with high EQ and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders across all levels of the Rapid7 organization
Salesforce CRM & CPQ experience
Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Undergraduate degree required
Desired Skills
Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP
Experience in SAAS technology businesses
Experience with pricing and packaging initiatives
Technical Salesforce and/or CPQ experience
