We are seeking a strategist and analyst to support short and long term business planning for Toast service operations. In this role, you will build models to project resource requirements across various service functions, identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements and drive changes in our forecasting, planning and management mechanisms to achieve departmental goals.
About this roll* (Responsibilities) :
- Create forecasts for both reactive and proactive workflows
- Build and continuously improve short-term and long-term capacity planning
- Develop resource models to optimize long-term strategic objectives and short term execution needs
- Through analysis of performance data, identify, prioritize and drive opportunities for performance improvement to achieve service quality and efficiency goals
- Drive strategy and development of systems and tools to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
Do you have the right ingredients* (Requirements)?
- BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science or similar field.
- Minimum two years experience in business planning, analytics and/or process improvement
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to coordinate complex activities across functions
