Catalant Technologies is searching for a Business Insights Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for thoughtful, curious candidates who can dive into complex, messy data and draw insightful conclusions. As the first analyst on the team, you will have opportunities for outsized positive impact through a high level of autonomy. You’ll work cross-functionally with many departments and stakeholders, and gain exposure to multiple dimensions of the business including Sales, Product, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering .

What you'll do:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and more effective decision making through reporting and analysis; build reports and dashboards to enable teams across the company
- Define metrics to evaluate business performance and products; build reports and dashboards to monitor and understand them
- Partner with the Sales, Product, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering departments to grow our business through greater visibility and access to data
- Communicate and present data analysis, visualizations, and insights to key stakeholders
- Be a voice and advocate for using data to improve the quality of our decision-making
What you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis (experience in SaaS product and Salesforce data a plus)
- Fluency in SQL
- Experience in R or Python a plus (specifically dplyr, pandas, or similar libraries)
- Understanding of statistical concepts
- Demonstrated ability in learning new reporting or BI tools
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
