Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing business analytics to drive business processes and outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have strong team collaboration skills and the ability to develop, track and analyze metrics to inform decision making. We are looking for the curious individual who will look at an analytical problem in several ways before reaching a data supported recommendation.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop processes to consolidate business metrics across the business in all functional areas
- Develop tools to allow management and teams to enable data driven management decision making in a real time basis
- Perform analyses to understand the drivers of underlying trends in the business
- Partner with Hi Marley engineering team to streamline the reporting process
- Provide narrative around changes in business metrics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on business and customer metrics as needed
- Be a trusted partner working with functional areas to make the capture and reporting of metrics a streamlined process
- Create dashboards which will facilitate business management
- Develop new metrics as business processes evolve
- Perform qualitative analysis to establish performance trends
- Create process documentation and mapping to establish standard business practices
- Conduct research projects as needed to support the business
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience developing and managing business analytics
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Individual who works seamlessly across teams as a trusted partner
- SQL experience a plus
- Experience with Looker a plus
