Responsibilities:
- Support Strategy and Business Development team in crafting strategy and developing partnerships that support Indigo’s objectives and mission
- Lead high-impact initiatives by researching key items related to company initiatives and summarize key takeaways that team members can use in analysis
- Create frameworks to accomplish key operational tasks for critical business initiatives
- Provide support and research for key inputs required for analytical analyses
- Pull research in a summarized manner for key strategic decisions perform key financial metric analyses
- Work alongside project managers to update timelines and milestones with key updates given by senior team members
Competencies:
- Excellent analytical potential, baseline Excel knowledge skills/experience
- Strong communication skills
- Baseline PowerPoint skills
- Able to draft first versions of summarized research and data gathering to support strategic initiatives with high quality
- Self-starter and ability to work with little guidance
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to requirements to complete projects
- Strong interest in Indigo’s mission and helping company to execute to achieve goals
- Strong desire to learn and to develop skill sets

Qualifications:
- 1-2 prior internships with preference of at least one in broader finance, consulting and/or strategy/business development field
- Major or minor in business related degrees preferred but not required
- Degree (or on pace to graduate prior to start) with GPA of 3.5 or higher
