As an Associate Business Analyst you will be the customer-facing resource within the Professional Services Organization. You will work with customers all over the world for the purposes of identifying project and product needs. Associate Business Analysts typically fulfill their role during the requirements gathering, training, and testing phases of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide requirements gathering, analysis and design of stage of solution implementation by providing best practices, examples and ideas
  • Understand customer business processes, and related problems
  • Demonstrate and explain solution functionality and processes
  • Organize meetings and workshops with both our internal and customer teams to clarify requirements to the solution
  • Document requirements, design and distribute knowledge to interested groups within Netcracker project and client teams.
  • Assist with project planning, by providing estimations, schedule and tasks breakdown
  • Assist in gap analysis preparation, citing differences in customer requirements and product or solution functionality
  • Participate in training documentation and delivery
  • Participate frequently in onsite visits required by the implementation/support plan for varying periods of time

Experience:

  • Experience with requirements in analysis and design of software solutions
  • Experience in working with end-users to fully understand their problems and goals
  • Experience with software development and/or close communication with engineers who implement requirements in the code
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java/J2EE, TCP/IP, Unix, Windows

Education:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related major
