Analytics Manager
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Analytics Manager/ Data Scientist to help drive business growth through quantitative analysis. You will be a key member of the Analytics team and work directly for the Director of Analytics. Your responsibilities will include driving key business decisions through reporting and visualization as well as experiment analysis and modeling. You'll work extracting value from large datasets concerning a variety of user behaviors and help us to create a continuously improving product for our users.
Responsibilities Include
- Designing and reporting on key metrics in all aspects of business operation
- A/B testing and analysis
- Data visualization
- Modeling large datasets
- Teaching and mentoring other members of the analytics team
- Communicating and evangelizing analytics to the Lose It! Team
- Building and sanitizing datasets from multiple sources including Redshift and various reporting platforms
Skills and Qualifications
- Five years of relevant experience
- Deep experience in analytics and data visualization
- Knowledge of and experience working with statistical methods
- Good communication skills
- Machine learning experience a large plus
- Pertinent advanced degree a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and R or python
