The Opportunity

Cyber release management is the practice of planning, scheduling, and managing the software and hardware release process, from development and testing through to production.

The Team
With the adoption of Agile methodologies, our Cyber teams have shifted to more frequent releases of smaller, iterative improvements to the products and policies we manage. Frequent releases are great news for an Agile organization however with the uptick in releases, the number of stages and stakeholders involved, the release process is complex and the risk of impactful errors high.

The role of the Cyber Release manager is an essential component of a highly Agile, mature Cyber organization.
