About the Role
As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of Turvo products and ensure our customer’s experience is flawless. You will be the primary post-sales customer relationship point of contact, understand the customer’s business conditions & objectives, be the liaison with internal technical teams, and be a trusted partner for our customers. The CS team will lead the contract renewal process with existing customers. You will also support the sales and marketing team to develop sales campaigns with our existing customers to convert their tenants into new Turvo customers.
The Customer Success Team will be measured by product adoption levels, customer retention, and contract renewals. The right candidate is a strong leader, energetic, strategic thinker, well organized, possesses technical aptitude and is able to execute in a fast-paced environment. Customer empathy is critical.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with our customers;
- Create and execute success plans with our customers and measure periodic progress to goals;
- Drive post-implementation adoption of the Turvo product with customers;
- Coordinate with support, delivery, and documentation teams to ensure customer needs are met by appropriate stakeholders;
- Participate in product roadmap and innovation discussions with customers working closely with product management, solution architects, and engineers for product feedback and requirements gathering.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience;
- Supply chain and logistics industry experience preferred;
- SaaS technology experience preferred;
- Viral networking experience preferred;
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, marketing, or related field;
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex issues;
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, Tableau is desirable.

Compensation Range: $60,000 to $80,000 annual base salary
