Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Project Manager to join our Internal Creative Center of Excellence. This role will be pivotal in managing and executing a variety of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's strategic objectives. The Creative Project Manager will work directly with Category Marketing and Product Development to efficiently plan briefs and support internal key stakeholders to meet project deadlines and business critical paths for NPD and MP. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise, creative insight, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate kickoffs and in-flight meetings with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are staying on track and expectations are being set.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, marketers, product development, video/content production, and other stakeholders including our global teams to ensure seamless project workflows and effective collaboration.
Client Liaison: Serves as a point of contact for internal clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates.
Resource Allocation: Track resource allocations to maximize efficiency and balancing workloads.
Vendor Management: Track workflows, obtaining scopes, and managing timelines with outside agencies.
Quality Control: Check all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
