Job Description

· Monitoring customer portals, internal quality performance and customer warranty performance.

· Administering compliance to ISO/ IATF 16949 requirements.

· Reviewing Quality Systems and documents.

· Working with the manufacturing facilities to commonize and improve systems.

· Conducting IATF audits of the quality system at the corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.

· Representing the Company with customer and industry personnel by visiting customers and attending industry conferences.

· Reviewing and administering adherence to advanced quality planning activities, elements, and schedules via internal audits and Product Realization gate reviews.

· Assist, and lead if necessary, the manufacturing facilities and suppliers with problem solving.

· Train in problem solving and continuous improvement techniques.

· Work with suppliers on problem solving, supplier development and conduct supplier audits and surveys.

· Reviewing quality action plans internally and with suppliers for timely completion and effectiveness.

· Review and establishing quality-related training programs as required.

· Evaluate software for process improvements.

· Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met.
