Turbonomic is seeking a Corporate Event Manager to plan and execute all North America trade show sponsorships and highly visible customer and prospect events.

What you'll do

• Yearly event planning taking into consideration industry trends, company positioning and messaging
• Manage all aspects of communication, logistics, planning and post event evaluation
• Manage an event and marketing promotional item budget
• Report and assess on post event ROI data
• Manage calendaring, travel and hotel logistics for large groups
• Manage outside vendors including booth logistics, print companies, shipping vendors and caterers
• Work directly with field marketing managers, operations, social media manager and other groups within the marketing team and company to appropriately communicate event campaign needs 

What you'll bring

• A minimum of 3 years in a technology company and an event management role
• Exceptional professionalism, confidence and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
• Incredibly detail oriented and project management focused with excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com & Marketo
• Travel 20% – 25%
