How you’ll contribute:

As the Corporate Communications Intern at Kymera Therapeutics, you will support our Communications team in various tasks, with a strong focus on social media management, strategy, and content creation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotech environment, collaborate cross-functionally with research, corporate, and clinical development professionals, and develop highly transferable industry skills.

  • Assist in creating and editing content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and improve engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and benchmarks to support our communications strategy, as well as the latest social media algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on social media thought leadership projects and campaigns, including influencer partnerships.
  • Support content strategy for the company intranet shared editorial calendar for main page aligned with external communications.
  • Assist with internal communications events.
  • Perform additional projects and day-to-day activities as time permits.


Skills and experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity and eagerness to learn.

While this role primarily focuses on Communications tasks, you may occasionally be asked to assist with other duties. We believe in a highly dynamic, innovative environment where everyone has a voice and contributes to the overall success of the company.
