Who you are

Superpedestrian is seeking freelance technical copywriter to create a comprehensive service manual for our industry-leading shared electric scooter. You will be responsible for content creation and delivery of a completed anthology of service articles in collaboration with our product, engineering, and design teams. This is a short term (~2 month) project.

What you'll do

• Lead the creation of technical documentation for an IoT connected vehicle
• Collaborate with the product team to structure the service manual anthology
• Draft and work closely with our engineering team to edit and refine content
• Work with the design team to establish and follow a template and place necessary images
• Finalize a complete service manual ready for distribution to some of the largest operators in the world

What we’re looking for

• Experience writing user or service manuals
• Experience working with engineering teams to create and edit content
• Experience working with IoT hardware is a plus
• Project management skills are a plus
