Senior Manager, Education Services at Rapid7
In this role you will:
Manage training delivery, operations, content development of Rapid7 customer, partner, and employee education programs
Manage and develop a team of technical instructors and content developers
Add new training and certification programs to the Rapid7 library including virtual and onsite instructor-led training, webinars, and Rapid7 Academy
Continue a feedback program to evaluate training content, establish KPIs, and maintain a continuous improvement cycle
Enable new sales and customer success team members on the rapid7 education offerings
Reinforce training curriculum plan across all the Rapid7 software brands to ensure coverage, frequency, and delivery modes are addressed
Manage the education services technical environments and LMS platforms
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to develop content that educates rapid7 customers on the suite of products.
Work closely with the Product, Support, and Customer Success to improve the customer onboarding experience, delivering content that clearly and concisely outlines best practices
Manage relationships with training delivery partners

Experience leading a team of technical education professionals
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers.
Experience in the information security industry is preferred
An analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data
Experience leveraging learning management systems and developing a curriculum for customer training programs
