In this role you will: 

• Manage training delivery, operations, content development of Rapid7 customer, partner, and employee education programs

• Manage and develop a team of technical instructors and content developers 

• Add new training and certification programs to the Rapid7 library including virtual and onsite instructor-led training, webinars, and Rapid7 Academy 

• Continue a feedback program to evaluate training content, establish KPIs, and maintain a continuous improvement cycle

• Enable new sales and customer success team members on the rapid7 education offerings

• Reinforce training curriculum plan across all the Rapid7 software brands to ensure coverage, frequency, and delivery modes are addressed

• Manage the education services technical environments and LMS platforms

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to develop content that educates rapid7 customers on the suite of products.

• Work closely with the Product, Support, and Customer Success to improve the customer onboarding experience, delivering content that clearly and concisely outlines best practices

• Manage relationships with training delivery partners

• Experience leading a team of technical education professionals

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers.

• Experience in the information security industry is preferred

• An analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data

• Experience leveraging learning management systems and developing a curriculum for customer training programs
