What you'll do:

Rave’s Product Trainer plays an integral role in assisting our customers to leverage the full capabilities of our various solutions. Further, the Trainer will contribute to Rave’s overall Customer Success strategy, enabling us to continue scaling the organization and effectively supporting our customers as we experience rapid growth. The Product Trainer will be a highly motivated, customer-centric individual, focused on providing high quality presentations on how to use our products. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned trainer to have a significant impact within our client base and direction of training in a growing technology firm. 

• Assist in the continuing development and implementation of a variety of training programs
• Ability to present to large groups of end users, in person and online
• Consult with clients prior to online or on-site training to assess needs and requirements to then implement training agenda as planned
• Drive continuous improvement in areas such as onboarding, training, product utilization and development to further enhance the customer experience throughout their journey
• Develop video-based training content to increase Rave’s self-service training offerings
• Work collaboratively with Support, Services, and Product to ensure client issues are reported in a timely manner, following internal processes
• Attend and participate in cross-functional team meetings

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree, strongly preferred
• 5+ years of software application training or similar capacity and experience with an organization that provides SaaS technology solutions
• A mindset that prioritizes empowering product users as a seamless extension of the customer buying journey
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new technology quickly and apply knowledge immediately
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technology in simple terms
• Strong interpersonal, strategic and tactical planning and analytical skills 
• Collaborative team player with high standards and ethics
• Takes pride in and exhibits high degree of ownership over their work
• Self-starter, resourceful and curious with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as required - “Can do” attitude and intense desire to excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, with valid passport

Above and Beyond:

• Proficient with Camtasia or other Recording/Editing software 
• Experience with an online learning management system, such as Litmos 
• Strong technical writing skills are an asset
