About You:
- You are a creative and driven A/V producer looking to grow your skills and make a direct impact at a fast-paced startup.
- You are detail-oriented and organized, and comfortable producing video and audio content from end to end.
- You are resourceful and agile when it comes to creating content at different levels of production.
What skills do I need?
- Have 2+ years of video production and photography experience.
- In-depth understanding of editing software and post-production packages.
- Experience producing podcasts.
- Demonstrated understanding of video and audio storytelling, at different lengths and levels of production.
- Experience producing educational video content
- Comfort with a highly iterative creative process, able and willing to try things quickly and learn from each pass.
- Experience with motion graphics and rendering.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Tools: Premiere, AfterEffects, and Audition; familiarity with Illustrator & Photoshop a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content, including but not limited to promotional campaigns, event promotions, podcasts, and product education, and product announcements. You will drive shooting, editing, and post-production, and will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on production and storyboarding.
- Produce product photo shoots.
- Assist with production on customer video shoots alongside a video crew.
- Develop visual stories that align with the Tulip brand and strategic direction.
- Track the performance of video content and assess its success in relation to greater business and brand goals.
- Maintain our media production equipment and operations.
Your work will help achieve the following goals:
