Educational Services Coordinator
As the Educational Services Coordinator you will collaborate with cross-functional business teams in the development and delivery of educational presentations and programs both internally and externally for our corporate, publisher and information content solution client base.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage events including agenda development and post-program follow-up
- Create, test, and launch event invitations
- Coordinate and deliver CCC’s training courses; mostly virtual
- Foster relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and consultants (includes, but is not limited to vendors, co-hosts, affiliations and event attendees)
- Manage registration for both paid and non-paid events
- Provide training and support to colleagues hosting departmental web-based programs
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 Years business experience, education or training focus preferred
- Passion for education with strong client-focus
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and desire to polish presentation skills
- Media technology knowledge a plus i.e. WebEx, Cvent, Pardot
- Ability to travel 5-10%
