POSITION:
We’re looking for a senior marketing leader with brand management and creative operations experience to oversee, manage, and scale the Content Studio—our content team and internal agency that creates content and digital learning to meet the needs of the entire business and drive/influence change across our product roadmap.
From marketing and product to customer and channel success, you’ll be working cross-functionally, which means understanding the business model and business goals to build upon and improve content studio efficiencies and existing processes is key to the role’s success.
The Content Studio comprises content writing, copywriting, graphic design, media production, and learning experience design—and we’re looking for a leader who can support both operational management and creative planning.
Do you prioritize velocity and quality? Do you have a strong point of view on marketing and/or digital learning? Are you obsessed with understanding customer and product needs—so you can guide your team to create the right content at the right time for the right audience? Are you an inspirational leader who others want to follow? Do you thrive on a high-trust team of people who truly care about each others’ needs? Do you long to work with competent, reliable, empathetic teammates? Then this might be the job that fills your cup!
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Build, maintain, and evolve Content Studio processes and efficiencies, and improve as needed to meet velocity and quality goals; a results-oriented leader who understands team capabilities, project management, and capacity planning.
- Have a deep understanding of product roadmap, company goals, and team resourcing model (e.g. to prioritize incoming content requests).
- Integrate fully into the Product growth teams to continue rolling out our self-serve products (we’re a sales-led company that’s beginning our transition to a product-led company).
- Using KPI data, iterate on our existing content strategy, ensuring that we’re creating the right content at the right time to meet our demand generation and revenue goals.
- Provide editorial and other creative direction and feedback.
- People management, to include manager development, professional development, career pathing, and implementing a rewards system that’s rooted in compensation philosophy.
SHOULD YOU APPLY?
If you’ve got all the below skills, drop what you’re doing right now and reach out. If you’ve got some of these skills, we still want to hear from you!
- 7 years of marketing experience; 5 years of people management experience
- Creative and strategic with proven experience operationalizing a services team
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, sales-led funnel, and product-led funnel
- Strong POV on marketing and able to inspire and mentor others
