HubSpot is looking for a growth-minded marketer to expand and engage our audience through strategic lead generation initiatives.

This high-impact role sits on the Acquisition Team and calls for a mix of data analysis, user research, creativity, and content creation. In this role, you will develop and execute gated content offers to convert blog readers and own the promotion and performance of those offers. You will also leverage visitor data to create a continuous testing schedule aimed at simplifying the visitor-to-lead conversion path to increase conversion rates at the top of the funnel.

The right person for this role is highly efficient, skilled in both the analytical and creative aspects of lead generation and content creation, and eager to have a big impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, plan, and execute data-driven tests to inform key conversion points across landing pages and blog.hubspot.com.
  • Continuously measure and analyze the performance of existing lead generation efforts to identify and implement strategic improvements aimed at increasing conversion.
  • Identify and evaluate content distribution opportunities -- both internal and external -- to expand the reach of lead generation content.
  • Demonstrate effective project management to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Partner with a dedicated team of developers, designers, and videographers to execute large-scale acquisition campaigns on an as-needed basis.
  • Measure and report on results of all campaigns and efforts to optimize for future success.
  • Brainstorm and test emerging content formats to generate more leads
  • Pitch, write, and design lead generation content (ebooks, reports, etc.) with the goal of converting blog.hubspot.com readers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic content creation and managing content creation of promotional materials and offers
  • Experience in experimental design, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong internal and external relationship building skills
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills, including the ability to rally various groups of people around an idea
  • Exceptional project management and cross-team collaboration skills to deliver projects on time
  • An analytical mind that can assess results and course correct correct for outsized results
  • Foundational knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • A passion for educational content that delivers value to HubSpot's audience
