Our Learning Services Team helps clients realize transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning-including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments-using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond "training" to create learning experiences that really work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring creative, engaging writing and storytelling to create engaging content for Instructor-Led Training materials, eLearning, videos, podcasts, workshops, mentoring, coaching, etc
  • Ensure all deliverables and team work products are professionally written, edited, and proofread
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to translate content strategy into scripts, stories, scenarios, activities, assessment questions, etc
  • Author eLearning and presentation content according to the client's templates and SOPs
  • Ensures standards for editorial tone, style, and voice of all content
  • Conduct continuous QA and improvement
  • Maintain project documentation, templates, and SOPs
  • Partner with client to enhance, edit and reformat legacy content, and identify new content for creation
  • Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues during the development process
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to meet deadlines
  • Thrive on continuous learning and problem-solving


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience working within multiple channels (scripts, web content, mobile apps, video, advertising, whitepapers, interaction copy, instructional, help, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Voracious communicator and excels at writing clear, persuasive, original copy
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to spelling, grammar, and editorial guideline
  • Engaging and motivating storyteller who can bring life to technical or conceptual content
  • Resilience and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with web, content management, digital media, or eLearning platforms and tools
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
  • Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence
  • A flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables
  • Ability to adopt style to engage with different kind of stakeholders
  • Work examples or a portfolio of past projects


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience ensuring content compliance with usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Content, Learning and Development, or related field
