THE ROLE

The Compliance Associate ensures that MFS complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This role assists in day to day functions associated with the Reporting Compliance including Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting. This role will also assist in various strategic and tactical projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• With guidance from manager, assist in various reporting functions (Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting).

• Monitors adherence to compliance policies across business units.

• Reports compliance status and issues to the Compliance Officer and senior management.

• Maintains current knowledge of global regulatory changes and marketplace dynamics.

• Builds and maintains effective relationships with business partners and industry peers.

• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement.

• Participates in compliance initiatives and projects as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 0-1+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with data analysis, report generation, and AI technologies.

• Familiarity with compliance reporting functions and applicable laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or finance.

• Excellent presentation skills.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we’ll pay depending on the candidate’s experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
