About The Job

We are looking for a talented and versatile Communications Designer to work with our visual design lead across all marketing / brand efforts. The designer will partner with functional leads on the marketing team to deliver a seamless product and brand experience for our customers; working across the entire customer journey— brand communications, events, product packaging, and product/brand identity.

About You

Your center of gravity is visual design. You have a range of experience working on everything from marketing websites to print collateral. You are passionate about developing to the details and understand that excellent brands are built one project at a time.

Craft gets you up in the morning. You are a master of design tools and work in whatever medium is most helpful to the task. In this role, you’ll get to stretch those skills as you assist with content, environmental design, and on the web.

You are technically proficient enough so that you understand front-end complexity – you might even have front-end development skills in your tool belt. Huge bonus points if you have keyshot or motion design experience.

Responsibilities

You'll be working with one of the most talented visual designers in the industry and will have the opportunity to learn and try your hand in a number of areas. We move fast and are looking for a designer who can maintain a high level of creative quality while getting things done.

You'll work on projects across the brand, including: 

• Brand system & guidelines
• Website 
• Core sales enablement and product collateral (eg. technical data sheets, one pagers)
• Presentation support
• Event installations and materials
• Channel collateral
• Product photography
• Brand and product-focused videos

Requirements

• Portfolio that reflects the breadth of work and quality required — brand, web and marketing content
• Mastery of design tools
• Experience at a world-class design agency or startup
• Experience with 3D modeling and 3D printing (nice to have)
