We’re seeking a highly analytical and organized Commercial Marketing Specialist to support growth across WHOOP’s wholesale business. This cross-functional role will own sales forecasting and performance analysis for wholesale apparel & accessories, partnering closely with Apparel & Accessories, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and the broader Marketing team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional data translator and operator within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and refresh monthly retailer-level sales forecasts for Apparel & Accessories in partnership with Finance
- Track and report weekly sales performance by retailer, region, and product category to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with Analytics to enhance reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
- Monitor wholesale apparel & accessories OKRs and KPIs, surface performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to drive results
- Compile insights and conduct analyses to inform financial outlooks, inventory planning, and marketing strategies
- Support quarterly business reviews and performance recaps with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to pitch new product launches and secure retailer commitments by purchase order deadlines
- Support margin analysis, cost tracking, and new product performance reviews for key retail partners
- Coordinate with the DTC team to ensure cross-channel alignment on apparel & accessories promotions, driving sell-through and brand consistency
- Liaise with Apparel & Accessories and Operations to align on inventory, fulfillment timelines, and seasonal planning milestones
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, marketing, merchandising, or a related field
- 2+ year of experience in wholesale, marketing, retail, merchandising, or operations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into workflows to drive smarter, faster decision-making
- Passion for health, fitness, and performance

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $115,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package..
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
