Oversee day-to-day delivery of substance use disorder treatment services at assigned MA DOC sites, ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance, maintain a clinical caseload as needed, and coordinate with executive clinical leadership and management to support operations and evidence-based practices.
Location: Framingham, MA and Roslindale, MA - Massachusetts Correctional Institution Framingham and Boston Pre-release Center
Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $92,000 - $106,500/annually

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for:
- The oversight of the day-to-day operations of SUDT services delivered at the assigned MA DOC location(s)
- Ensuring that clinical services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practices and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies
- Displaying knowledge with respect to all governing regulatory bodies and accreditation standards as they pertain to clinical services
- Maintaining a clinical caseload, as needed, to support patient care and SUDT operations.
- Working closely with the Executive Clinical Director and other management staff to ensure smooth operation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical services
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician or LADC-1 required
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferred
- Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, NCCHC standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a substance use disorder treatment, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
