Interested in growing your career at a fast-growing online travel company? TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals is seeking a Client Support Associate, who will take responsibility for managing relationships with our Property Managers who list their inventory of properties with TAVR. This individual will serve as a main point of contact for current customers to help resolve support questions and technical issues. This individual will provide proactive support as well, improving listing content to increase conversion and monitoring trending issues in order to fix them prior to customers writing in. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, self-motivated person who enjoys working directly with customers and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via email and phone calls with all aspects of their accounts including property listing creation/editing, account management tools, channel partner help

• Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure customers have a positive and successful relationship with TAVR

• Consult with clients on functional/technical questions and provide effective, low-touch solutions

• Act as the liaison between sales/account management and engineering

• Case solve quickly within a personal work queue

Required Skills:

• High enthusiasm and interest working directly with customers and solving customer problems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high comfort level receiving inbound emails and making outbound phone calls to current customers

• Strong organization skills and attention to details

• Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Takes initiative and has “go-getter” attitude

• Ability to quickly adapt to site changes

• Astute awareness of open issues/bugs

• Ability to prioritize case work according to business needs
