Client Relationship Manager - Business
We, at Flywire, are looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Client Relationship Manager to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing business clients; this individual should be great team player, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success.
Key responsibilities:
The RM will work with Business sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, increase revenue (existing and new clients), identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution, and to assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution. This includes:
- Creating the ideal strategy for each business client to maximize money moved and overall revenue
- Maintaining effective communications with key client stakeholders
- Managing escalated client issues and/or client product needs
- Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms
- Executing internal, client, and partner projects
- Working with existing business team to build out best practices for client on-boarding
- Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- 2-3 years of client management experience
- Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
