The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise and experience in D2C automotive marketing within a large enterprise, collaborating closely with automotive partners and in-house operational teams to achieve business goals and support the Chase Auto Private Label Captive Plus program.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the team of Vice Presidents, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing vision and objectives set by the Managing Director and in support of the Chase Auto Private Label Captive Plus value proposition.
- Facilitate collaboration among the strategy managers to develop cohesive marketing plans that leverage both paid and owned channels, including Chase-owned assets, digital platforms, social media, direct mail, and events.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring scalable volume and efficient cost across all partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and the strategy managers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the Executive Director of Marketing Strategy, Luxury; Executive Director of Dealer Marketing, Retail; Internal Auto Brand operating teams; and OEM brand counterparts.
- Oversee the marketing budget across all assigned auto partners, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of expenses, and managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new marketing tactics and strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and test/learn agendas within the team.
- Work closely with xLoB to enhance partner engagement with Private Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking, Home Lending, Credit Card, Connected Commerce, and Sports & Entertainment.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with marketing industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of leadership with demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of D2C marketing strategies.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with executive-level presentation materials and briefings, and the ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications.
- Critical thinker with an analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of working within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong executive presence.
- BS/BA degree.

- MBA.

- Extensive experience in D2C marketing, particularly within the automotive industry.
