Paint Nite is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. The Channel Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the Team tasked with developing exciting new programs for our channel partners (resellers and discount partners). We're looking for a smart, hungry, marketer to build and execute programs designed to increase results for our channel partners, equipping them with the tools they need to be successful.

You will:

• Manage all channel marketing communications with vendors (deal sites, coupon sites, & gift card partners)
• Optimize and experiment to improve to improve sales and include Paint Nite in all partner eligible promotions
• Manage and report on weekly sales activity on all channel partners and make adjustments based on performance changes
• Manage Gift Card and SVS program and partner relationships
• Keep Gift Card and all associated pages on the website current and included in appropriate marketing initiatives
• Coordinate creative and manage execution of changes across all deal sites
• Keep up to date branding on all partner offers
• Develop new market launch strategy including handling all new concepts and minimizing delay to launch
• Fully manage deal site relationships including contract review
• Measure and track the effectiveness of the marketing actions with a clear ROI.
• Provides short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing marketing research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Share the results and learning on marketing actions
• Collaborate with other marketing teammates to ensure our channel partners are considered in every program and campaign we run.

You have:

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Experience working with deal sites or coupon sites is strongly preffered
• Exceptional preparation, analysis, and talking points prepared for all discussion
• Experience with overall marketing strategy, including budget allocation, opportunity assessment and prioritization
• Advanced Excel functionality
• Prefer to be hands-on and can multi-task with ease
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Insatiable appetite to learn
• Ability to make independent, reliable decisions
• Ambitious, with the ability to self-manage and initiate projects
• Adaptable and flexible working style, remaining calm under pressure, and adjusting comfortably to changing conditions and priorities

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The 2-hour Paint Nite painting parties are held daily with 25 people in attendance who follow the step-by-step instructions of one master local artist from blank canvas to masterpiece.
