HubSpot is looking for its next über passionate, highly skilled Channel Consultant to work directly with our Spanish Speaking Value Added Re-sellers (VARs). A hybrid of the Implementation Specialist and Customer Success Manager positions you will work to support our growing VAR program by building and maintaining success throughout our partner’s ' life-cycle.
Our Channel Consultants create customized solutions to help VARs expand their services, drive revenue and achieve better campaign results. 
You’ll be at the forefront of helping the world to become a little more ‘Inbound’. 
As a Channel Consultant 

You Will:

  • Be the main point of contact and advocate for approximately 200 VAR program partners
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management and issue escalation cases

 You Have:

  • Professional fluency in Spanish
  • Consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
  • A strong love for teaching: you get excited when you help someone achieve their goals
  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Motivation and hunger to learn and can provide strong examples of how you have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations

Pluses:

  • Inbound Marketing knowledge 
  • Prior agency experience
  • Strong SaaS business acumen
  • Experience with marketing automation software
  • Fluency in other languages
